THE FLU SEASON STARTS SHORTLY. THERE IS A WALK-IN CLINIC FROM 9:00 UNTIL 12 NOON ON SATURDAY 22 OCTOBER. NO NEED TO BOOK. WE ALSO HAVE BOOKED CLINICS DURING THE WEEK. ASK AT RECEPTION.

Out of Hours
When the surgery is closed, if you have a medical emergency – contact the BarnDoc Out of Hours Service on 03000 333 777

An operator takes your details and a duty Dr will call you back.

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of our doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment. Patients who continually miss booked appointments may be removed from our list after adequate warnings.

Test Results
Patients are always asked to check their results by calling  in or telephoning from 2 to 3 pm.

Telephone Advice
The doctor/nurse can give advice by telephone.  Best times to call 12.30 – 1pm and 2pm – 3pm.

Letters From Barnet PCT.  Barnet PCT is sending letters to patients asking them to confirm they are still at their address.  IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO REPLY OR YOU MAY BE REMOVED FROM THE PRACTICE LIST

Abusive and aggressive behaviour

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards such behaviour directed at anyone on the premises, and reserve the right to remove any patients behaving in this way.
