Practice Nurse – Greenfield Medical Centre 2000 -2020
It is with deepest sadness that we announce the death of Kit Ong, our nurse practitioner and beloved colleague who passed away yesterday as the result of complications following Covid-19 infection.
Kit has been a valuable part of the Greenfield Medical Centre team since 2000. She was a loyal, committed and highly experienced nurse who brought expertise and skill to all areas of her work. She was not only caring but had a great sense of humour and was much loved by everyone here at Greenfield. She will be hugely missed by her colleagues and patients alike.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Kit's family at this very sad time, to her colleagues and friends, and to the many patients that she devoted her time and care to over the years.
We realise that many patients may wish to pass on their own thoughts of Kit and sympathies to the family. In normal times we would have a book of condolence in reception, as this is not possible we suggest that you email us at email@example.com or by post direct to the surgery. We will ensure that these are then given to Kit’s family. If you would like to honour Kit's memory you can make a donation by following the just giving link https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/alicekittakong
